Built in the early 20th century from hand-cut Dalmatian stone, Sea Whisper was restored in 2023 with one guiding principle: preserve everything that made it beautiful, and quietly improve everything else. It sits in the first row above the Adriatic — directly above a secluded pebble beach — where the sea is never just a backdrop, but a constant presence in every room.
The result feels rooted in place yet effortlessly contemporary — original stone walls alongside clean-lined interiors, antique brass fittings beside a fully equipped kitchen, a century-old grapevine shading a private hot tub with views straight to Dubrovnik's Old Town. Designed for up to 4 guests — two couples or a family with children — Sea Whisper is the kind of place that makes leaving feel genuinely difficult.
Every detail was chosen with care — the kitchen stocked for proper cooking, the outdoor summer kitchen built traditionally from a centuries-old stone sink, the bathroom finished to a high standard, the linen and towels chosen to feel genuinely good. The aim was simple: that you arrive and feel not like a tourist passing through, but like someone who has the brief, good fortune of calling this place home.
Sea Whisper takes its name from a sound you can only hear if you stop and listen — the Adriatic washing over the pebbles just below the terraces. Quiet, unhurried, and entirely its own.

A serene, light-filled bedroom with direct access to the terrace through French doors. Open the French doors to the grapevine canopy and the sea beyond.

A bright, open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the terrace. The corner sofa folds into a double sofa bed — ideal for two children or a second couple.

A calm, stone-tiled bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and LED mirror. Fresh towels, quality toiletries and a washing machine are all included.

Eighty square metres of private outdoor space with direct sea views. A covered pergola terrace with a traditional stone summer kitchen — hand-built from local Dalmatian stone, complete with a stone sink and outdoor dining for four. Open sun deck with two sunbeds and nothing in front but the Adriatic.

A four-person outdoor hot tub positioned directly above the pebble beach, with unobstructed views of Dubrovnik's coastline. LED lighting for evening use.

Not a room — an experience. As Dubrovnik's ancient walls turn amber and the Adriatic catches fire, Sea Whisper has front-row seats. These are the moments guests remember longest.
From Novasol to Airbnb to Booking.com — every platform, every stay, the same result.
Sea Whisper welcomes up to four guests — perfect for a family or two couples. Your dates are waiting.
Sea Whisper sits on the Adriatic Riviera, 1.9 km from Dubrovnik's UNESCO-listed Old Town — close enough to visit on a whim, far enough to feel genuinely away.
A path leads directly to a secluded pebble beach 50 metres below. The walk into the Old Town is a pleasure in itself — all sea views and Adriatic air.
